Title: Sajag in Klamath cant speak to this NPC

I am new to this forum but an experienced Player level 70. But to get into the problem, I am scavengeing a lot in Klamath and Den but Sajag Bartender in Klamath is stuck in being busy for a month if not longer. I want to spek to him every time I visit Klamath. But He is always busy. And all I can see in text console to speak to him later. But it doesn't work. He is stuck being Busy. Any of devs can repair that please?
