Hello,

I don't know how much helpful this might be as this is my first energy sniper build created, but hey ho, atleast someone can react on my setting and argument what should've been done differently and so:

So as I do believe snipers should only shoot/hope/run in case of failure, I do not expect more hp than 100:
S: 4
P: 10
E: 2
C: 1
I: 4
A: 10
L: 10

Small Frame
Finesse

Perks taken:
3rd lvl: More critical (taken on fourth level)
6th lvl: Even More critical
9th lvl: SharpShooter
12th lvl: Better Criticals
15th lvl: Right between the eyes (taken on 17th lvl)
18th lvl: Bonus Rate of Fire
21&24 lvl: Action boys

Depends on what kind of playing do you prefer, in TB you would have 2 aimed shoots without using any drugs...
Get that turbo plasma rifle, laser rifle -AP cost, Jet, Cookie and see what you got

This build is open to any discussion, I'm not an expert, that was just my idea.

He is keeping the server up through his wallet and/or donations. He is spending his free time making updates he feels will be enjoyed by the majority. How about you create the changes you want yourself, start a FOnline more popular than reloaded, and then go back to your shit talk?

What the fuck? I'm just saying that it's not easy and that every complanation should be discussed, even if the answer from staff should be ''NO WAY''.

Meh, it's quite hard at first I agree. But I read some guides, got my tent and got used to not carrying all my stuff with me all the time. I adapted and now I'm getting somewhere and have savings towards a base n shit.

Sounds like the game developer is doing pretty awesome work all by himself.  People should remember that this shit is free and to not whinge at their developers as if they owe us something.  Feedback makes the game better, don't expect a perfect free game in the meantime

What brings you people on your server?
That you're special with someting, that people like what they're receiving from playing there, that they're glad if they can spend/relax their time on your server.

-About other million things around such as advertisment, donations etc. is no worth to speak.

Every complanation, no matter how stupid is, is supposed to be DISCUSSED. Then there's up to them, how and in what way they'll explain you if it's possible or not, if it's stupidity or not.

Your experiences are really brilliant and it's really pleasure to read your posts.

Thats like i would do the same to you just in different kind of way that you enjoy...think about it.

I don't really know if this supposed to be an irony or not.

If it's an irony, then good, I got your point, but if it's not, then the only twisted mind is yours.

How can you call something like this ''A FUN''? This is almost falling into a different classification - cheating. Who would ever detonate himself with a reason to enrich himself? To automatically loot like a crazy after an explosion, with 10hp left? You can't be serious

You obviously suck brah. I started playing like 2 weeks ago and I've only been exploded like twice. Since then I've learnt not to run through the centre of groups of people in places where people keep getting blown up.  Adapt, don't expect the game to adapt to you. Threatening the game developer with your departure won't help either xD

It would be nice if the guards reacted to people blowing you up in areas that supposedly are safe.

Well, what you wrote is getting itself into a conflict.

You're telling me that I suck and in the last sentence you're mentioning that it would be nice if guards react properly.

I assume that NRC is supposed to be one of the main cities, so I would expect some higher protection than is e.g. in Klamath.

Other thing is, well, I already received an answer from someone from staff (Kilgor), so I'm satisfied enough. There's no reason for you really to tell me how, when and to what should I adapt. (You're not even in possition to take liberty)

I'll check it later. If this is being exploited instead of being reported, offenders will be warned (and banned if they repeat that). This rule applies here:

• Exploiting a known bug or abusing a feature. Report it instead of exploiting it; if it has not been reported yet, you might get a reward.

Well, under notion of ''exploiting'' I can imagine something like - shooting other from the distance above max., or having more hp than possible, or creating items by taking an advantage of non-discovered script error, or using 3rd party programs to POWER you.

I didn't really know, that this one falls into a category of ''exploit/bug'' as they were just running with a ticking dynamite in their pocket. I don't see any issue there, even in Fallout 1/2 dynamite didn't kill you if you had more HP and were strong.

And I'm not into any rewards for pointing this out, or any other exploits. I'm into to see finally a server where you can confidently say >

I'm spending my time here, not WASTING.

They will just find new ways to piss of everyone and give them a hard time.

Well, that's for sure - but I wouldn't ever expect disallowing pick-pocketing or things like this as these are FALLOUT.

But who would ever set dynamite in his pocket and rush to other people and smash them with explosion?

*Not the best idea, but is it possible (I know nothing about scripting) to increase the damage rates of dynamites etc. in the city? Like 10 times bigger, so people who are doing this to enrich themselves will disappear.

well, this is a question, for you, staff...

Just a simple question like that could raise other various questions in your heads...

First of all, I'm not whining, crying or whatever you, forum trolls, will start attacking on my person right after I post this.

I'm playing here for like a fifth day. Missed old days on 2238 so gave a chance to this server.

I'm not that kind of person, who keeps playing 24/7 to be the best one, atleast in his own eye, as most of current wannabe heroes.
I'm that kind of person who sits to this game four times, three times, two times or even one time per week. That's bringing me a lot of troubles, such as:

Exp is not that easy, craft is not that easy, nothing is really that easy, but it's not making me any problems because I know that it's caused by the simple fact - I'm not sitting online 24 hours per day. So I'm not complaining about anything like that and didn't even think about to do so.

Back to the most important then -

I don't see any reason, why you would give a shit if I'm playing here or not. What keeps server alive - active people and I'm one of them - but if I'm as active as stated above, you can imagine what means to me, when I get some ''better'' stuff. Well - then I decide to go to the NCR city to have a good time, to chat with anyone, anything and right after I enter - I see someone rushing close to me in CA - and then - YEAH - I EXPLODED.

What a fun - a guy with max. level, 300hp (I won't name anyone), just made a best joke of his life, he demolished a newbie player right in the city!

If this happens only occasionally, I wouldn't pay attention to this. But - this is happening almost all the time.

CAN YOU - admins, moderators, game supporters - do anything, any protection, to at least keep cities calm? It's not really funny to be afraid to enter the city with some better stuff. And it's not even fun to NOT to enter the city with stuff you'd like to.

Is there anything that can be done? Any ideas? Or should I just shut up and get used to it - because it's post-war wastelands?

I like PvP's and things around that, but in my opinion - acting like this, bombing newbies, is not really the best approach how to keep people IN game.
