How to get bigger teams: recruit new people and train them. It's hard work, and most guys are far too lazy to do this. It's so much easier to murder people, so that is what most guys do. Hence teams don't grow much.

Its hard when some new players are just hugely ungrateful pricks who wait for the first opening to steal a couple thousand caps like some 0/10 troll.. >.<

It's hard to continue helping and trusting people, when the more you help and trust people the higher your chances of being screwed over somehow, and not just you but your whole faction and all of their combined efforts.

Even more so when the guy who did it can just change his name and voice 5 minutes later and do it again.

Yep, it's not easy. We agree on that. I hope you don't stop trying though. Eventually the cool guys find each other and that's how a team can grow, but not if we give up.
