Character builds / PvP BG/EW Build, which is better?

Hey, guys. After being steamrolled by all kinds of PvPers for ages, I really want to build one of my own- if only to eventually be able to get revenge on such people to some small degree. (Lookin' at you, Khans.)

Anywho, onto my questions. What's better for PvP? I see people using BG or EW in PvP, obviously, but what are the pros and cons to each of these? And, if one is inherently better than the other, could I get a build to go along with it? I have ideas of making my own, but I'd prefer to min-max.

It was turn based after my friend got shot, so that still doesn't make sense.

Does Fonline Reloaded have a hacker problem? These dudes from Russia keep killing me- from insane distances. One other guy was on the map with me and a friend, coming from top spawn. I was at east spawn, my friend tells me to run via Steam due to some jerk shooting him and looting his corpse. While his corpse is still being looted, I take 200ish damage and die. 30 seconds later, this russian fellow, the same one who killed my friend, loots mine. How could he kill me through walls and across the map?

Game Help / Boneyard Warehouse Slags

Yes, uhm, I went in to the Warehouse area of Boneyard, just looking around.  I get near the front corner of said warehouse and am hit for 400 dmg, promptly die, and lose a lot of gear. I respawn, try to get it back, and this time I see a "Slag" carrying a needler pistol. Is there any way to get my stuff back? They have a huge sight range and sneak detection, I'm sort of stuck.
