Like you implemented the option to buy beer and nuka cola with amount in SAY, maybe you can do the same with booksellers as well :D? Prob give another option like: buy a bundle of 5 books, or bundle of 10, because clicking the same book over again 10 times sometimes might cause some people to misclick on other book type. What do you guys think :D?

+1 for sure.

I think this has been mentioned as a side comment but yes I agree 1+

Consider making INT affect the number of book you can read. Problem solved.
-
SPs could be reduced from the books, when character with less than 10 INT are reading books, but I like current system.
I agree with ''Book bundles'' suggestion, you should be able to more books via dialog.

Book merchants shall have limited amount of books, replenishing from time to time, thus making books more valuable, they could be found in lockers, bodies, etc, as now.
Edit:
Or remove book merchants at all, so it shall not be a FO2 solution.
Or add the say dialogue, because it's easy, so lazy people can't complain.

Then some players would start to camp those places with their alts on quadra log and casual player will always see empty bookshelf.

They can't camp it if there are no books to sell, or it's not worth to camp it it's a rarity with random refill intervals, or if they are way more expensive, and the cheap book could be bought from PvP zones, or gathered from encounter lockers, bodies, etc.
-
Making them random means only the rich and the people with enough free time to grind will have them. Some builds require books, so an alt is required just to grind them.

Which if made in PvP zones or encounters, is another way to enhance open world PvP and give value to items. But as I see no-one likes this approach, so guess, adding that extra 10 lines of code so you can buy X books at the same time is the way to go.

Slowhand, we re not sayin that Your ideas are bad. We dont laugh at You. You just didnt play that game quite enough. Those features were on other servers and were big fail. No point to add something which was good in theory, but bad in practice. Other players can confirm it.

Yup, it didn't work out well in practice, unless you felt like paying 3k+ for each one from a player.
I end up buying 20-30 books a week just for reroll, so while it would make things easier, the end result wouldn't be any different than it is now from a playability standpoint. Same with Fix All and Fix Boy features, less clicking to achieve the same result.
