APA is obviously the best armor in the game. Ofc it's viable in PvP. With a base 15 DT and 70DR, it's hard to compare to any other armor. My current best offer is 1x Nemean, 2x HPA, 1x TPR 1x Vindi and 300 ammo, and 1.5mil caps.

Bump. Destiny made a good offer of 3 hpa 2 dermal 2 pheonix, but I never heard from him again. APA is still available
