Why are all the shops overflowing with user sold goods

Shouldn't they be cleared out every week? Didn't they do that with the previous Fonline to prevent exactly that? What went wrong? It's terrible trying to buy anything.

Player interaction is dead (aka pvp). every1 can craft stuff safely in private and public mines using gunrunners workbench. THerefore we have a bunch of playing playing Sim City

No, it's protecting the economy, making sure that people CAN get to the PUBLIC AWB'S that exist in every unguarded city (somewhere) during SOME part of the day.
Nothing stops you from sneaking up behind a crafter, 1-hex bursting them, then laughing as you walk off with everything.
