Why Does the M60 force you to walk?

I don't see any legitimate reason why that gun forces you to walk slow while all the other BG's don't
From my perspective all the other BG's have good reasons for not letting you SPRINT more so than the M60.

If its for balance reasons... Gatling...Vindicator...Avenger....

It is because of balance, not quite sure why you are dragging other BGs to this discussion.

But its obvious why I would. What makes it necessary for one item to be nerved for balance while the others aren't.
Imagine if the regular Laser pistol forced you to walk but the Magneto did more damage and had no such penalty.

The Miniguns I mentioned are effective at far range and due to the ability to sprint allow a player a much better chance to kill someone or anything in RT for that matter.

The whole issue of minimums is op.... They REALLY don't work that way, at bare minimum you have to use SOME sort of mount, and a lot stronger (heavier) one than you'd even need for an M-60...
