Logout in non-guarded areas.
« on: July 11, 2014, 04:28:05 pm »
Hi! I have suggestion about logout on non-guarded areas, like dungeons, New Reno and towns which are in TC system. Characters which logout there after time longer than 3 mins should be login on Worldmap. I saw few times characters which login/logout hex from TC locker and lockers in New Reno and dungeons. In addition, they were in bluesuits or sneaky-armors, they checks lockers and logouts immediately.

That would actually make it easier for them.
Walk to Reno, loot locker, go down into the basement, log off, get kicked to the worldmap.

Or a team could hold the warehouse while one player keeps an army of alts in the basement to loot the locker
and log out all the items into safety. No chance for a different team to beat the other and win their loot after the fight.

To have the character stay after logout in certain places is a better idea.
To remove those dumbass lockers is an even better one.

I think that lockers should give good items in relation of the amount of players in new reno.
for example: when there are 5-7 players a PA/gatlin laser etc would appear and if there is only 1 player a combat shotgun or low tier items

And if I gather an army of multi-logged alts there I get the best stuff every time I loot the locker.

From what I heard, there won't be New Reno locker. At least not in its current form.

I'd rather make all public locations "NoLogoff", that means offline characters would stay inside until moved to worldmap (or until the server is restarted).

+1

I'm also up for this, every public location should be "NoLogoff" areas.

Okay, so all public locations will be NoLogOff
