NCR Army spawning problem

I spawned RIGHT ontop of an NCR army and due to their strict policy of shoot first when touching them(did I mention I spawned ontop of them?) they killed me, now I lost all my gear...

Combat helmet MkII
Combat Armor MkII
88 12 gauge Shotgun shells
and a 100% combat Shotgun


the armor/helmet were roughly 70% repaired.

DocAN, i have and still sometimes I see warnings right after loading enco map with NCR Army

NCR Army isn't exactly hostile though(as the cautious nature said it spanws you further away from hostile entities) they just hate looting, and are intolerant of you bumping into them, no I don't have it though.

Its all about map/mob generate when player find an encounter.

Randomization brings such sitiations but without it the whole system would be boring.

I get it DocAN, but there is one case which shouldn't happened: One player is fighting with NCR Army/bounty hunters, other player spawns between them with weapon in active slot and he can die before chance to hide weapon, or when they are bursting other player/mob. Isn't fair IMHO.

no its not right,
Be like if you ran into group of guys shoulder to shoulder and didn't notice them.
You would see them a far off.
Special sense its fallout not like population in desert is like 10 million.

But ya its the ncr formations that get you.
When you spawn it counts away from the center of the group.
They can have big groups so they can spread out far and run into you.

Also, another problem has occurred: I spawned ontop of a bunch of powder gangers, either the spawning needs to be fixed, or gear needs to have a replacement program, it's one thing if I get killed when I spawn away from them, it's another thing if I spawn right in the middle of them and cannot run...

Dont you guys got 1 PE? This may do that you will be spawned near to group of NPC..

I have Perception 5-6, my friend has like Perception 5 also I believe.

Any vs enc +TB you can kill them all without getting any hit

yeah, but it's not only NCR Army problem, Bounty hunters as well has some issues
