Ah oui le fameux 7 contre 5 dont ça discutait (ou disputait) dans le sujet du Changelog.

Bon je tiens quand même à préciser que Abysse, Tyrhos, Narrowminded et Max ne sont pas des débutants ayant commencé il y a quelques semaines

C'est quand même dommage, les mois voire les années passent, les mentalités et les rancoeurs persistent

Stonewall limits the knockback of the rocket launchers: instead of being knockbacked for 4 or 5 hexes, it's only for 1 or 2 (maybe 0 sometimes, don't remember).
So you get up faster.

Oui tu peux perdre ton véhicule de cette façon.
Maintenant tu as 5% de chance de tomber sur une rencontre forcée avec un véhicule, la probabilité de tomber sur d'autres joueurs est encore plus faible. Mais ça peut arriver, donc méfiance

Au passage c'est précisé dans le wiki

You can meet forced Random Encounters regardless of its ability to fly!

Je pense qu'avec un bon petit fusil laser (ou un magneto laser si tu es pauvre...) ou un fusil plasma il peut être bien sympathique

Try to trade caps with the merchant at Gun Runner.
On 2238 I found this tip: Offer a cap - trade - offer a cap - trade
Each time you offer a cap this give you +1 reputation with Gun Runners.
Though I don't know if it works on Reloaded, you can try it.

It's not called Fallout Online anymore (forbidden by Bethesda) but FOnline.

And if you search FOnline in Google, Reloaded is the second choice.

It's pretty easy.

In 2238 the formula was Charisma-1; that's why you see that in the wiki.

But in Reloaded you have this too: " Leader with less than 3 Charisma can lead two followers on worldmap." (Initial Changelog)

So the good version is Furior version.

Effectivement entre-temps j'ai parlé avec LeMark et Naerk, mes propos tenus auparavant sont faux.

Il y a une vrai volonté de s'ouvrir à d'autres joueurs pour donner une impulsion à la communauté française.

Donc non les TTTLA ne sont plus fermés, comme ils avaient pu l'être sur 2238.

Quand j'avais écrit ça, j'étais venu qu'une seule fois sur votre Mumble et vu votre niveau d'avancement je croyais que vous étiez sur TLA; alors que vous aviez en réalité progressé hyper vite sur le serveur.

Et depuis j'ai parlé avec LeMark et Naerk, effectivement vous êtes plus ouvert aux nouveaux

Pas besoin de m'attaquer car contrairement à ce que tu peux croire j'ai énormément de sympathie pour les TTT.

I don't really know if he can see or not the base if he dies in, but I'm sure if he dies out the base he will still see it.

- Is it possible to allocate a friend in a specific base, or will a friend of the faction be able to see all the faction's bases?

He will see all the bases the friends are allowed to see.
Each base have an individual setting. You can allow friends and your faction members in one base, you can allow friends and disallow faction members in another base, you can disallow friends and new recruits in another. It's pretty convenient when you know how to use it.

For the last question I suppose that a friend can only see a base on the world map when someone brings him to the location but I am not really sure.

I have no base for the moment, so I haven't tested on Reloaded.
On 2238 the system has changed some times, but at the end it's wasn't necessary to bring a friend in the base. The base appeared on his worldmap as soon as you allowed him.

The locks don't work on cars.

On old 2238 you could use locks on containers, I guess it's the same thing here.
The higher your character have in lockpick when he puts the lock, the harder it's hard to lockpick it. Never tested personnaly, but I've read it somewhere.

I've tried, the locks work perfectly on containers.
But the containers must be opened!

First thing, just take a look on the wiki.

First thing, you have to buy a base between Trapper camp, Depot, Outpost and Scrapheap.
At this moment you will have to say the name of your faction (only factions can buy bases). Type ~freefactionnames (or ~ffn) and make your choice. Or course you have to do this before buying the base.

Once you have paid your base, a guy will follow you. You have to bring him where you want to build your base.

When you are where you want to build it, talk to the guy. He will create a building site.
This is on the building site you have to bring all your ressources.

This mean if you have a friend who have been knocked out (with a critical on groin for example), you can wake him doing Doctor on him.

This Changelog is interesting, though I like Rocket launcher
