1. The reroll will be much more convinient after the wipe. You will be able to reroll for caps at some NPC or something
2. Or you can create a char with lower stats, so it has stats ready for using implants

The real problem was the Nemean and resistance implants, which were OP.
SPECIAL implants are cool imo.

its not about that, i have perfect implanted builds and i still dont like the way it is, same with Carnack, hes not any noob
point is that implants shouldnt force you to reroll to new build just to get advantage from them, there can be added implants like +crit chance, +fov etc.. instead of SPECIAL

It partially solves the problem but it will still be quite frustrating to find an INT implant being on level more than 100. I think the most reasonable solution would be to leave SPECIAL implants buyable after wipe but increase the price to f.e. 1m per each. This way you can consider them when building a character and will give a good money sink for high level characters.

i think all implants is ok. becouse with f implanted character u can play more then 5sek when some one attak u.without implants people make more time 4 preper then make fun when thay fighting. dmg is to high without implants.
