Animal followers and PP requirement

Animal followers are weak, PP requirement should be reduced for them.

Currently:

Tamable rats (Giant rats, Molerats) 40PP
Dogs 40PP

Suggestion

Tamable rats (Giant rats 10PP or 20PP, Molerats 35PP)
Dogs 35PP

Giant rats with 10PP requirement to make them 1% more useful, Molerats and Dogs current PP should be reduced to 50% of current human companion PP requirement (which is 70PP)

Not really a big change, but not everyone like to recruit humans, mutants or ghouls

you can put c4 in them and there is a chance no one will even notice small rat crawling towards his team. Or just think of shooting rat waste of AP and baam xD

you can't put any c4 inside. I guess having a swarm of rats, will just block the target on one hex simply by surrounding it.

You could get more scout dogs, but you know that Outdoorsman skill does not stack and only highest Outdoorsman skill % is used, same as for other followers. So what is problem with more dogs?

AFAIK you cannot put items in rats inventory, they are weak, they could block something for a second  but not really useful.

Seems like an awfull lot of trouble when I could just grab my incinerator and clear the entire encounter in 10 seconds.
