I just went to get the ranger perk from tamira, I tried to talk with her but nothing happens and I don't understand what the wiki's sequence mean. I don't know if it's a bug or if I missed something in the wiki steps

Check if you have the right amount of OD.

I believe its 125% or 150%. Or 100, Check the wiki.
