Combats end

When some players fight in turn-based mode I lost my turn because combat has ended and the players start again and they got another turn. How is it possible to end combat if I am sure I didnt press END COMBAT button? It has happened about 5 times to now. Is it a bug or a feature, because I checked changelogs and there is nothing about it.

2 turns in TB combat for who started fight, yeah I used to get this problem so many times that I get bored to it and changed to RT. No idea why I never reported this.

was this in a urban encounter?
if so, was this in one that had a multi story building?
if so, going up the stairs and back down resets it from turn based to real time, until a npc (maybe player) is encountered.
if so, this is a possible exploit that has been reported.
if not this my be new.
