Came back today to check out how much the game changed while I was gone.

I am sad to see that there is nothing left of what made the game unique and fun.

Nah, I feel the same.
Fallout 3 tried really hard to remind you that you're supposed to be playing Fallout,
but in the end it didn't feel like fallout at all. Oblivion with guns indeed.

So Fallout 4 will just be like Skyrim with guns.

Also, in real-time you can just re-enter sneak if you are out of sight.
Since you can't see where bullets come from, like you can with energy weapons, this can be very effective.

Sneak sniping is all about using your surroundings.

A perk that gives AP recovery while running if you wield nothing or melee weapons in both slots.

Melee damage actually isn't that bad though if you build for crits.
The only real problem is getting close but even that isn't so bad if you sneak and/or use cover effectively.

I remember that back in 2238 I got them from GMs for being helpful.

Maybe they should only be given as a reward and consolation prize for taking part in events.

Being able to drive them on the WM like we can in Tactics I guess is also not possible?
Sure it would be possible, but it would also be pretty tricky and time-consuming to script.
Sometimes I wish Fonline would use the Tactics engine.
But then I'd probably wish for the Jagged Alliance 2 engine.

I think it would make sense to add the safehouse to crafting options.
Requirement should be 100 repair and materials 50 wood, 10 junk, 10 fibers 2 tools and a wrench.
It could either be an upgrade option for tents or a seperate item like the folded tent.

It would be more beginner friendly as many players dont use the forum and wiki.

150% is not the maximum effect. It's just the limit. You still have a fair chance to fail.
Raising the limit would make them more effective and thus more annoying.
Also stealing is a roleplay thing. This is a roleplaying game afterall, remember?

Also what if I want my melee char to have 300% melee skill?
It's not like you have to raise your skills that high. It's your own choice.

The "encourages alting"-argument is just stupid.
Especially in this case, as there's no limit to how many skillpoints you can get.

Also why do you suggest a lower limit for repair but a higher one for stealing?
And 200 for melee and throwing? Why? They're all fine as they are.

You'd need to triple or quadrouple damage for melee.
All weapons got buffs and crafting bonuses except for melee and throwing.
