I was playing FO:R since late season 2 up until early weeks of S3. Now , I always was noob and got killed a lot of the times, scavenging, locker-hunting, caving or just exploring. To give you context on ~40 lvl Gun Runners mutant quest was still challenging, although it was noticeably harder to die because I got implants. Now I cant get them so whatever hardcore players archive easily is harder for me. I can deal with not being able to craft pancor if people think its too strong, but taking away implants just ruined my game play. Today I tried to kill Blood Viper . Wiki says it requires at lest lvl6 to start quest I was lvl 17 Strong Explorer wearing CA+ Combat shotgun and I wasn't able to kill her in TB(Brought her to around 100 hp twice).   Please don't turn FO:R into hardcore players paradise, I've already lost all my in game friends because they weren't able to find their way through S3 meanders. I know that most of you will be like  "its not game for you scrub" but there was a lot more of us back in S2 and we had a blast, preaching Jah's gospel in New Reno and Hub, suicide bombing Hub and doing quests together.

Thanks ! I've thought EN<5 is bad even for a sneaker but higher INT is way better. My question is will I still be able to get decent throwing range with STR 3 + HeaveHo ?

What do you think about my sneaker concept ? I dont intend using it in serious PVP, but to fool around in random encounters is it okay ?

But it is easy as... You have to talk with one guy in NCR bar (the first one outside the city). After that you go to worldmap and see quest related location.

Can you retake the quest? Is this quest about killing rats in farmhouse?

I dont think so, since A Tent in the Wasteland quest appears only once per char at lvl 3 I think. I'm pretty sure its a bug since in last season I did it exactly the same way. Here are screens

Okay I just found out that I failed A tent in the wasteland, but I dont know how since I killed all rats, returned, got tent and met that chick who gave me quest and then exploded, thats kinda weird

So I finished this quest but when I check my pip-boy it says quest failed, because of this I cant start main quest is there any way to fix this ? Anyone had problem like this ?

I have same problem with terminal in VC. I only get message "This appears to be working computer" and nothing else. I dont have Wacky Wastelands

Hello
after playing 3 months on this wiki build Strong Explorer, I need to reroll my character, since I want to get some warehouse lockers open but my build cant sustain fight with even 1 slag at the starting location.
Things I want is :
-Real Time build
-Tanky
-Big Guns
- if I met someone in Glow or warehouse I want to be able to contest loot there

Things I have:
56lvl
Phoenix and Nemean implants in my tent (200k caps and 2CA is not a problem either)

So came up with this build is it viable ? Maybe it should be flamer build ? Or maybe you will have better build for me
