Closed suggestions / Switch some items to be Normal Workbench items.

Assualt Rifle: Because, The XL70E3 can already be made at the Advanced Table WITHOUT BPs
Its also not a very good weapon it doesn't deserve to be made at the Advanced Workbench.

Do you think your AK-47 knock off needed a high tech super factory workbench to make? Probably didn't even need anything more than a wrench to put together.

Metal Armor MKII: Polishing armor isn't something high tech, not to mention in the fallout universe all this would need is good skill and high quality materials. Not to mention that this armor is almost never used. Combat armor, Telsa Armor both are more favorable alternatives. Same as Leather armor MKII.

FN FAL/HPFA: No one will ever make this at the Advanced Workbench, Also changing the firing mechanism of the gun to make it auto fire shouldn't even require anything more than a Primitive workbench. I'm no expert on guns but when all you have to do is change out one part say a stock to make a bumpfire you don't need anything high tech.

.223 Pistol: This gun is good enough to warrant being on the Advanced Table only list, but to get it all you have to do is cut the stock of the hunting rifle. So when you make an item and attachments at a normal crafting table why should a part of it require a new tool to strip off the attachments? Its like getting a sawed off shotgun then polishing the parts.

Pipe Rifle: Crap gun, should be craftable its just a pipe.

Wrench + Snap off Kit: The Kit is just a bunch of tools put together so I don't see why it couldn't be crafted from say a wrench, tool, knife, hammer, and hatchet. The wrench could be made from scrap metal. I've had Art teachers make anvils at their garage a wrench isn't impossible.

14mm Pistol: As the .223 pistol is superior in all aspects but clip size this item won't be crafted at the table. Even the needler is healthy competition for this weapon.

Other things
Make the XL70E3, and Magneto-Laser Pistol require BPs the two were experimental in nature like the Pancor and thus should reflect that.

Ghouls: (Scavengers)

Each Ghoul in the fallout game that's sentient has put forth the story that people shoot at them cause they're ugly and intimidating The ghouls themselves are rarely hostile when sentient. They are US citizens after all.

So while they'll appear hostile and start the combat sequence all they'll do is walk up to you and ask for a nice big hug or for you to be friendly with them.

Due to what most players think about when an NPC starts shabling/combat most players will shoot and kill them anyway.

Possibly lowering reputation with the associated town,

Crazies are fine the way they are. But IMO they should be called Feral Ghouls.

Strong Slavers:
Make them have 300-400 HP, and basically be slags.
Why? Cause regular slavers are tougher at like 180-200HP

We've got like 40 out of 90 players online camping the HUB slaughtering newbies. (Stealing and even bombing the HUB.) If the wipe is to help the newbies we should make safe zones on the world map to allow safe farming of crap materials.

Alternatively when 1-2 squares from a gaurded town you can see who wants to join into the encounter and kick them out before they can even get in.

Just for the future.

Imagine being able to do quests protecting caravans of boats moving to and from San Fran?
-Not Canon but it'd be fun

Also having your own Private island bases (Literally the base map is an island) with the ability to move on the oceans fighting sea creatures and Humans alike.

When two Player boats enter an encounter they lock into a ship vs ship battle where artillery shells can be used to wreck havoc(And be crafted). With the option of direct gun fights. Always wanted squad based combat and Piracy would justify using NPC armies -Everyone has one and there's a limit to how many NPC/PCs can fight in each battle.

There's no reason to wait until the body disappears to loot armor, you can do the same with equipped weapons so why not armor?

General Game Discussion / Just tried the "OP" Spammer Turbo Combo

Died in each encounter, Shot first in a few. Sure I killed some people my fair share just tossing something about me day.

Did about meh 20-30 damage per hit against combat armor. For 50-70 damage I would have hoped for more.

If I had a "spammer" build with more AP or used drugs I'd probably have killed the other party, but I found it to be a fair enough fight more HP usually means the world even if I do shoot first due to healing drugs or high first aid.

Is it me or are more people PVPing now more than ever? Each TB encounter I've been in seems to be plagued with legions of PVP Tanks/Spammer builds. So much for farming these guys just kill everything and leave without even looting.

That a person can play without needing like 7 Tanks?

Vault 15 was supposed to be fun and easy but the slags there have 400+ HP and seem to do 100-500 damage on a normal basis.

As in clearly cheap prices in areas such as Klamth for gecko skins enough to profit from trade with say the NCR.

Why?

Cause players should be able to run "caravans" also.

The low prices only apply to unguarded towns and their specific resources. due to limit of merchant caps this wouldn't change much if you ask me. And if I happen to own a town I think controlling the town's trade makes perfect sense.

on another note I'd think it'd be better if instead of just TC lockers grateful members of the town actually walk up to players or containers and drop items. Alternativly it could just be looting the town by spawning the items in random places. TC lockers don't feel fallout ish and to have really powerful gear doesn't make sense for weak towns the bigger and better the town the better the loot should be.

Basically an ability to blind fire your gun in a direction like from fallout tactics.

Even if you don't see an enemy if I hear an ally scream SNEAKER BY MAILBOX I could fire a rocket, grenade, or wild shots in that area. Probably hitting a buddy but still.

If PVE gets sneaking animals/people that'd be cool also and add a lil bit of spice into PVE players.

If the weapons skill is high enough then when bursting fire will spread evenly/closely, if skill is low then the shots will hit more randomly or even cause critical failures.

Rifles and single shot weapons will make horrible suppression fire weapons.

I don't see any legitimate reason why that gun forces you to walk slow while all the other BG's don't
From my perspective all the other BG's have good reasons for not letting you SPRINT more so than the M60.

If its for balance reasons... Gatling...Vindicator...Avenger....

When my pistol breaks from a critical failure I don't expect for it to go Poof out of existence unless it went Boom like some E. Weapons.

Instead I'd love it if the gun just breaks and becomes unusable or can be repaired for later use.

Either becoming a new scrap item or leaving a chance to become misc resources like metal, Junk, or wood.

That give examples of the rules that were violated in the past.

I.E. Fast reloging onto an alt after killing a cow to loot.

Some players seem to think that looting is fine outside of PVP and don't consider killing player NPC's to be PVP.

On another note.

IMO animals should just be Invincible at Public Mines or at least can't be looted for 3 minutes after death by anyone that's not the owner.

Fast Log, Buddies, and Dual log seem to be all abusive exploits instead of a game mechanic in guarded locations.
