Title: Junktown Trapper

I spoke to the Junktown Trapper inside the bar and he talks about a 'prewar facility' that he can show me for 50,000 caps. I'm not sure I want to buy it, I'm looking for the "Abandoned Bunker', can somebody explain the 'prewar facility' to me?

It wasn't the bunker, I just wasted 50k on a Gas Station that I don't even have access to it's terminal... Thanks.
