So iv found 2 "Mirrored Shades" are they just a collectors item? Iv seen Kilgore wearing them~ but thats about it, just for show im guessing?

They're pretty common, everyone owns a pair. I believe they give +1 Charisma or something, but other than that, they're useless.

Mirrored Shades is a required item if you want to try the most optimal 3-Companion character (with Charisma 4).
