Need some info about Fast Shot perk

Hello, i have some questions about Fast Shot perk. You can no longer perform aimed attacks if you take FS perk, but how shots are actually calculated, is it random hit like 10% eyes/head, 15% arms, etc. or do you lose chance to hit head, arms, torso, etc. completely?

Ive also read somewhere a user commented saying taking Critical perks with Fast Shot is a waste, how true is this? In other words, can you perform critical shots if you have taken Fast Shot perk, does Fast Shot work with More Criticals, Even More Criticals?

for crit burster (no aimed shot) it is pretty good

for a sniper or any type of aim shot (eyes, legs, arms, groin) you simply cannot have it, as it disables aimed shot

Thanks for your answer, but i already know this, what i want to know is if hits dealt with Fast Shot is calculated randomly to hit body parts.

For example in FO2 Fast Shot is:

Each of your normal shoots has following chances to hit specific body part: 35% torso, 20% leg, 15% groin, 15 arm%, 10% head

How Fast Shot is calculated in FO Reloaded?

Fastshot is definitely more useful then small frame for any burster
+5 flat dmg will give you more dmg in avg then 1 crit chance (smallframe +1 lk) and noncrit bursters does have enough special points anyways

Spammers are weak atm except with TPR so FS is weak for spammers
