I suggest to make critical hit work different for each weapon.
Example, rocket launcher critical hit destroys armor.
Example 2, grenade critical hit causes knock out.

What about a critical fail causing an explosion equal or greater than being hit by a rocket, more so if you have a high explosive rocket?

I do support making rockets stronger, but I think lowering AP costs would have that intended effect. Rockets have range and stun attached to them. So in a fight Rockets aren't terrible especially when there's a group.

The general idea to give weapons different crit effects is nice. Though I don't like your specific examples.
In a general note. I used to consider rocket launchers to be weak and underpowered. I changed my opinion on those however. Rocket launchers have three distinct advantages over other BG weapons:
- Their shots cause knockdowns on anyone without stonewall.
- Rockets can safely be fired without hitting teammates (this is a big one).
- Rocket launchers have a large range
The above makes a rocket launcher a very powerfull support weapon. This alongside the fact that rockets deal okay damage makes them very deadly.
Deathlines, stunning and their far range allow rocket launchers to easily deal with many builds, and still retaining some use when facing full tanks due to their okay damage.
So rocket launchers really need no buff.

Yeah rockets are plenty strong already. I remember last session when I had no stonewall and was in team battle and enemies would just spam rockets so I could never stand up. In small battles they arent so good but that is where grenade launcher comes in. Neither need a buff.

Yeah, it's strong enough. If you want to buff dmg you should nerf knock down to 50%/30% or even 25% chance...
