rework heavy handed trait to do extra crit roll when unarmed at the sacrifice of dmg, like a crit roll finesse for close combat

because auto knockdown is troll, and close combat crippling fun.

How is it effected by stonewall too? Completely stopped?

The crowd control effect itself is reasonable for team pvp (i.e. 1 melee can only "fight" one guy at a time etc), but it is broken in 1v1 combat, and with my other suggestion about ghost, lone players scavenging and the like would be the ones that suffer the most (and likely would be the first to say it was broken and OP).

Extra crit roll for less damage is good, or extra crit chance would be good too, or maybe something like it makes you slower (+1 AP cost to melee attacks), for increased crit effects.

There's the other trait too, which from memory works similarly.

Just kidding. -1 for this suggestion though. Heavy handed is good for KDs, and its pretty balanced since now there are no weapons that cost only 1 AP to use. If you want strong crits, just dont get HH.

You can make close combat crippling with other perks, actually, close combat crippling is most reliable if you can get close.
