Craftable Wakizashi Blade

I suggest to change Wakizashi Blade to non-stackable, craftable item.
Suggested crafting table:
1x Metal Parts
6x HQ Alloys
1x Fire Gecko Pelt
1x Fibers
Required Profession: Armorer 2 or some Support Perk.

We have in game craftable Power Fist and Mega Power Fist, but they need "ammo" to use.
New Wakizashi could be good for small ST characters as backup weapon.

Easiest way to add is to make BP from it
Armorer profession, which is closest to it makes no sense xD

Make it craftable by anyone but only on advanced workbenches

(plus let's make it so it can be used to obtain fibers while we're at it)
