Where can I heal buffout addiction?

As far as I remember healing addictions was available in hospitals. Today I tried to heal buffout addiction in VC and NCR doctor without success :/

Where can I heal it and what I must have (I have INT3, 2000caps in inventory)

Didn't know that jet antidote heal all type of addicts huh.

I once used Jet Antidote when I had Mentats or Nuka Cola addiction, and it went away.
Looks like it doesn't work anymore, I really think I had some "luck" when used Jet Antidote at good time :D

As I am good, I wanted test it again. I failed and now I have every addiction.

Now after 10 hours, nice drawbacks came :D
