I got one though...
I just don't know where it came from. Other servers seem to have them spawn when you pwn Jules.

Well, in F2 you aquire it, talk to Jimmy, give it to him and he puts it right in his mouth and you get, really nothing for it.
Here? I dunno......

I don't know if it's still the case on FOnline: Reloaded, but in 2238 there was a tiny (0.01%) chance to find it when digging a grave.
Also you could find the same way another rare item, decomposing body.
