Didnt know where to ask but.... I need help Setting up FOline SDK :/

I know this seems weird.

But I was hoping to setup a Private personal FOline server that would be on my spare dedicated server. and i would like people trying to join to have to download a compiler and launcher that would take FO1, Fo2, and FOtactics textures and meshes from their steam library and merge a lot of it into the correct order and have them be able to join the server.

Its a little project but anyone who joined would have to own all three games i was just seeking advice, youtube videos or if someone could help hands on that would help with this :/
