I just saw that post and see good potential in that armor
But description is kinda weak mabe something like this

Blue combat armor used by marines this color was forced by special polymers that are harder than standard one and looks cool as hell just what marines like...
+1 to badassery

With fixed stats tested good it might be a great new item
Maybe they would be farmed from marines wandering near the sea with some good loot or put this loot in that new location marines will guard it and after fighting into it you may find yourself this great piece of armor

Instead of new combat armor why not just change the colors of the ones we have currently. I agree, enclave or brother armor retextured would be great. Its not as easy as you think though.
