can anybody tell me where is rondo in ncr, i have been searching but cant find him

He's by a building north of Dusty's Cantina.

use wiki, you can find there alot of useful information, i just typed into search "Rondo" -> http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Rondo

He can be found in NCR near the crafting bench. He is outside the unusual garage door in the fenced off area wearing Brown Ranger Armour.

thanks, i found him, that "help" from wiki  "in the fenced off area" confused me, because i was searching outside walls
my english is not so good, that is possibly a reason for confusion
