Discription: You´re less likely to sustain crippling effects caused to your head, time affected is decreased 50%. You can repair rather than heal your head, though due to this cybernetic feature you get a -1 reduction to your charisma.

Discription: Family is thicker than blood so whenever guild members earn experience points and loot money you recieve 10%, even if you´re not in the group. NPC contract killers you get 50% off and any mobsters encountered in the wasteland join your cause until they die or you log out.

As a result of this your Luck is increased by 4, but since you´re not aware your Perception is reduced by 2. Furthermore you´re immune to critical failures and you seem more likeley to find that extra loot.

You gain a 20% bonus to both speach skill and barter skill due to your long service in congress. If you happen to kill the NPC you´re talking to or steal back what you´ve just sold him, no one would hold that against you. You woun´t loose any karma doing so, not even if people witness it.

Discription: You can tag a player (or NPC) then follow their movements on the regional and world map until they or you log out. Only one can be tagged this way at any given time.

So you´re on a crusade to make a nuclear bomb benign to the living anatomy. You gain a 30% bonus to both the trap and science skill and are able to research and fabricate small and medium sized nuclear devices. (Such as hand grenades, grenade launcher shells, rocket launcher shells and mines).

Discription: Pre-war you were a broker at the Wallstreet, now you´re looking at a world you once commanded. Greed is good, greed still works. Now you´re skinning geckos for a living instead of people. 150% increased amounts of pelts gained when skinning, because money never sleeps.

You can´t trade these chems with any player because they are for personal use ONLY! You can however trade them back to the NPC vendors.

Discription: Your empathy for the homeless is admirable and thus you gain a 25% reduction in travel time on the world map and a 20% bonus of finding rare random encounters.

You also have a G.E.C.K with you so you can raise a tent functioning as your personal base (no one but you have access to it). You can only have one tent at any given time so if you raise another everything stored at the other one is lost.
