Its clearly said in the license released by Cvet that any no exchange of in game goods for real life currency is allowed. There was a time where it was possible due to Interplay Bethesda copyright ownership issues but it's fixed now and any actions like these can have bad impact on servers future. One project was already closed for open usage and ditribution of Tactics assets even through it wasn't even public beta yet just closed. I wouldn't recommend to tease Bethe$da.
