23:28 24:29 22:27 only DH and 25:27 26:28 mixed with other NPC encounters

Get the Scout support perk, in Vault City, with Outdoorsman 150. You'll be able to see what is where. It's one of the great enhancements in Reloaded.

It show what u can meet in each encounter
