I like the idea of having places be claimable by force in general.
Not really a fan of buying bases to be honest. Doesn't feel very Fallout-ish.

Instead of buying bases you could pay an npc for marking a place on your map
that you can then attack, overtake and use as your base as soon as all foes are killed.

Bases like raider camps could be small but easy to conquor,
while bases like vaults need to be hard as shit to get a hold of even as a group.

Also, as long as you haven't liberated the place, it should be possible to be found by other players,
so they have the chance to claim it as well, causing you to lose the location marker and the base.

Make the NPC give choices for different types of bases, each with there own cost. For a bunker, since you would need a group to take, the cost would be like 500k-1kk+ caps.

There should be entrance fees for mines at TC towns. The money from there and from shops would go into the TC lockers.
This would mean that the controlling faction would profit from not killing random players in TC towns as well, since they bring in profit.

If there was entrance fees for the mines in the TC towns and the money went to the TC lockers, it would make the people doing TC go out and keep killing people mining so that they would have to keep paying to mine and the people doing TC would get more and more money.

Since there is no level cap for skill points I would suggest dropping Intellect down to 3 and putting points in Endurance and Perception.

They are used in Game Master Auctions for Implants. Implant information can be found here. There are other items that are used in Game Master Auctions such as Red COC and Black COC badges. Basically items that have no normal use in the game can and are sometimes used in Game Master Auctions, for more information on the auctions Check This Out because there was an Game Master Auction using those dolls recently.

Nope.

Your HP is capped at whatever you have at level 24. If I remember correctly, adding that implant will only give 3HP points.

What if you are above level 30 and have the implant installed and get a respec?

They will probably be posted in another auction so people who do not have access cards and such can get a shot at them.

Accuracy is lower at night than it is during the day for far off shots, if we had night vision goggles or something similar to that it would improve nighttime accuracy a little bit.

It would be awesome if there was some way to improve vision at night with say certain pieces of headgear that had night vision goggles built in. They would require small energy cells to keep the night vision portion of it working and would also need a on/off switch to stop draining batteries during the day. If that cant be done than maybe flashlight or something to improve vision at night.
