How do you get your car into the garage in New Reno? I try to sell my Buggy to T-Ray but he says to bring the car into the garage.
How do you do it?

I did but he still says to bring it into the garage.
It also stays outside the garage every time.

Yeah it stays outside - that's fine. Park it outside in the Garage area and run in with the key. Talk to T-Ray. Any trouble, maybe move key to slot 1 and try dialogue again.
