Also, what does it change if it's russian, polish, american or reptilian?

As far as I know, unfortunately there are no penalties for using bots for mning/materials gathering, exping or whatever.
BUT dual logging during pvp (looting dead player counts as PvP) is forbidden and you can get ban for that. Next time just make a screenshot and save your log and post it to Kilgore.
