i know how to make SG sniper builds, its the same concept on a EW sniper?

or should i do less PE?

ew may be lacking a bit of hit chance when you aim eyes at max range, take weapon handling at lvl 3 or if you have special implants then use buffout and psycho
PE dont decrease, you need it for hit chance but its also good for info and seeing enemy snipers before they shoot you
