I'm on board with this idea, puts some actual purpose to serve in an NPC faction, since they don't grant you a safe house key (FNV reference).

Arcanix summed up the purpose of this mechanic. As Blarney stated, I merely suggested it and thought it would be a bit of a terrible idea, I'm sure if I didn't mention the perception limit people would be hazing this post more.

Basically adding realism to commutation across the wastes, vehicles (except for trains) and how successful they are at getting to your destination are dictated by your perception. To make it fair, anything lower than a perception of 4 could make you crash your vehicle somewhere on the map. Maybe not my best idea so far.

Closed suggestions / Skin/NCR Ranger

I bumped into this picture a month ago and thought it would be nice if it could be a skin. It's an NCR Ranger from FNV. Someone with talent was able to put it in game, but all I have is the pic, there's no news or other info that I could find related to it, so all I have is eye candy.

Closed bugs / Invalid password during reroll?

I have 10,000 caps in my inventory, was in my tent, and typed "~deleteself" as instructed, it keeps saying I will recieve my book of achievement when I disappear from the game, yet when I log out nothing happens. I already read a post regarding this but could not make out if they found a solution or not.

Toxic Caves / Graphic/Loading Error

Encountered this today as of 7/3/15, I believe it has something to do with the game loading. I provided a screen capture that shows what it looks like. Any help is appreciated.
