[Bases] Faction and Bases are missing

I started a faction a couple of days ago, I had two caves and a depot set up. I went down to junktown to do a quest for the doctor there, and when I finished my bases were no longer visible on the map. The one friend I had in the group also no longer has the tag next to his name, and he says the same for me.

I know the bases are still there though, despite neither of us showing the faction tag, he can still see the depot.

Using the computer just tells me to piss off, and I hadn't touched the thing at all in the day before this point, so I know I didn't leave.

Any help with this?

Did you joined to NPC faction? Enclava, Brotherhood of Steel, Raiders...?
Ask game staff for help.
