Long time ago on 2238 I've used to spend hours on helping newcomers, wiping their noses, giving away starting kits (desert eagle, pack of .44 JHP, leather jacket, 10 brahmin hides), sharing the info, dragging from one place to another, also advising to NOT enter red dots with anything worthy in pockets. They've been invited to "kindergarten" base (empty, just for meeting spot purposes) and if they ever come back after three days (95% never did), we could work some trust out of this. Full time professional charity, with faction name, net of bases around the worldmap, organized activities, player-driven events and such. Loads of fun but also incredible waste of time as only stubborn ones remained around FOnline's and probably they would have stay anyway, with or without my efforts.
