I didn't make stats, cause they'll be probably overpowered. But here it is:

If mean stats then we need to remember only AR give laser resist.

I think AP usage can be same to P90c
Range same to pistol version for both shot and burst because 35 is like most of pvp burst pvp weapons act on that distance.

Damage 20-35  (laser pistol 20-35)
Burst rounds 20
Mag cap 60

Still it will deal lesser dmg than gatling and will have lower range.
From my calculating it will deal around 70-80 dmg to ca mk2.
