a 60second timer takes place and you can't log back into game.
It applies to your IP address and should prohibit any login attempts through any character/accounts.

Dual log problem easily solved.

Doesn't solve dual log anyways, just fast relog.
And I suspect this is more to punish rage quits that relog/dualog... But ya know, we ALL need to just walk away, torch a blunt, and come back calmer.
Except me... Other than a little counter trolling (pker trap in L.A., how mysterious that they haven't PM'd me or called me out or anything) I avoid all that crap.

Well, so if you are playing with your friend/roommate/girlfriend/wife/anyone from same location, you better ask them for help before you die. How about banning any characters logging from same IP? Fighting with duallog and fast relog is far more important than playing. I don't participate in TC and my PvP is limited to defense in encounters, but I've met some fast reloggers. I don't give a flying F or G or any char or word about it. Most mechanics for solving those problems in most online games was more annoying for legit players than those who was targeted.
