Game not working properly

Try to click on first ERROR button.

1. delete cache folder(u can find it in data folder)
2. run updater
3. open FOconfig.exe and be sure about have ip: play.fonline-reloaded.net and port: 2238 in NET tab.
4. launch game and do not click when black screen, just wait.

I tried to click the first error button nothing happened also I deleted the cache folder and try to update but that's what it said:

Can't connect to update server.

this happens if you try to run two clients at once. are you sure you're just launching one client?

Check your router, modem, software firewall - it seems port 2238 is blocked.
