Saying that Khans never do PvP is overstatement. They just do it less often than UV or SW. Not more than 3 days ago,  Khans, Muhosransk,  SW and UV were fighting in modoc and if I remember correctly Gecko at same moment for some time. I wish I would see khans more often in TC,  but when You go around WM to places other than "started timers"  and reno you can get fair share of RT PvP from them.
