My friends game crashes when we try to trade

When we try to trade the message box below appears on my friends game.What should we do?When we open the trade it does not crash but when i add something to the barter window it crashes.

Make sure you both use OPEN trade mode (if one of you use open, the other one hidden than game crash).

Engine bug, please use open trade.
