Make achievement books add/stack xp after 24 lvl.

For example:
Character 'X' has 35 lvl and reads lvl 24 book -> all xp from 24 lvl book is added to char 'X' -> char 'X' has 4-something lvl.

Why only after 24 lvl ? Becouse you have to take last perk at 24 lvl, so it will be easier that way and won't mess up anything.
What will it change ? You could buy many low lvl books to buff high lvl char or combine xp from all your alts if needed.

Simple and useful.

First of all the arguments put forward, about realistic gameplay ect., are bullshit ... IT'S MMO GAME AND IT NEEDS TO BE PLAYABLE. Try to understand that nerfing everything won't do much good. There will always be players that like to play sneak and those who hate it but you can't just destroy usefulness of skill becouse "cry me a river" topics - and that includes not only this thread.
Just leave sneak skill alone and better think about sneak perks to be usefull in all of that - now you only need silent running and ghost is waste of perk becouse you have 300% from skill anyway.

IMO its just another thread  - "I don't use it so nerf it that others won't use it either" and that is exactly main reson why I try to avoid FOnline forums...

Does it give +hp as if you got just +1 endu or nor ?  For example 9 endu 5 str = about 170 hp on 24 lvl without lifegiver and 10 endu = 195 hp without lifegiver  - > If i have 9 endu and then install endu implant on 30 lvl will it increase my hp from 170 to 195 ?
