Gun Runner's Deliver Package Quest is Broken

Alright so I'm basically having an issue with this quest and I personally believe is broken.

The quest I'm talking about is this quest: http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Deliver_the_Gun_Runners_Package

Whenever I try to pick up the quest, even though I fulfill all the requirements, Marshal goes on to just say "I should kick your ass out of here" making me unable to pick up the quest and making it broken.

I fulfill the requirements and my reputation with the GR is only -190

Hopefully you can fix this

Gun Runners have some problems with reputation and taking some quests, like Package Delivery job.

Why are you submitting a bug report for this? Your reputation is too low to take the job, either reset your reputation at Cathedral or sell some stuff to them.
