i was so shocked when i seen the minigun, didnt expect that at all, nothing but 1 hex burst kills, cool play style real unique

even sneakers can hex genius. Hex isn't a build option rofl.

How is that helping problem ? 

P.S. After trying warehouse 2 times in 2 teams I came to 3 conclusions :

1. It isn't worht it , 2 ppl (or even) 1 can clear it but when they do they are out of anything and their armors reduced to dust
2. At that point 1 guy can come and kill them without wasting time on megaguards and get all the loot
3.I'm going to greensuit New Reno (sleep well PvPers) and if kill anyone that helped me / I helped I appologize in advance because I won't be typing and my namecolorizing doesn't work so I have no idea who am I shooting at (and YES , I plan to die a 10 000 deaths)

It's not but damn if it isn't easy money.

A WIP fanfic of Kilgore x Seki. Can't ban me for it, Kilgore told my friend to post it then friend backed out (not naming names here)
Credit goes to me, Doctor Eggman, Crazeddoctor, and Cjpk. It's a collaborative effort for the lulz. :L

Act 1

Amidst the chaos of turbo plasma shots and geckos breath, a love is born above all the murder. Lust instead of bloodlust and gentle caresses above fists. This is a tale of that love.

A fierce battle took place in the early days of Reloaded. Big Bang Smash was just barely getting their position strengthened in the Wastes, a growing faction in the harsh wilderness. Seki, a young, thin warrior, was a part of it. He looked up and admired his boss Kilgore with soft innocent eyes. Glistening with sweat and panting out of exhaustion, he hopefully asks, “D-did I do good Kilgore..?”
Kilgore looked him over with a small smile and nodded. “But you’ll need implants to get by. The wasteland is a tough and violent place, you’ll need more than just skill and determination.. It’ll be tough to get them. BBS is big, and the TC gear gets eaten up fast.” Seki took this to heart; his boss would never lie. Not to him.

Doing all he can to impress the player he respects most, Seki checks the TC boxes for implants. But every 30 minutes it’s empty. Empty. Empty. Be it Gecko or Klamath, the loot was always grabbed a few seconds before he could get there. What could he do? Then a plan popped into his mind, daring and foolish. He could try running into Reno bluesuit, since he can’t afford the gear loss. He dashes into New Reno Arms and finds a pile of bodies laying all around, and his hero, Kilgore, standing at the locker with an implant in hand.
“Kilgore-Senpai!” Seki calls out in excitement.
“Seki. A bit late. You wouldn’t have lasted a minute without any gear.”
“I know… I was just…. hoping.”
“Hoping you’d find nobody here and get gear yourself? It doesn’t work like that. That’s something you’ve got to learn. It’s PVP, you’ve got to earn it.”
Kilgore stuffs the implant into his pocket, “And you won’t improve unless you get the implant.”
“But senpai!”
“No buts. Seki, you have to earn it.”
“... What can I do to earn that one then?”
“Let me think…. Oh, I know. Do you have 10 endurance?”
“Y-yes…”
A deviant smile crosses Kilgore’s face, “Then let’s test you out…”
“Do… do I need armor? Cause if I do then I’d have to run back to my tent and get some..”
“Don’t worry.. you won’t even need the vault suit.” 

Act 2

Seki’s Sticky Revenge.

Seki’s pulse races, his bosom heaves, at the touch of Kilgores fingertips. “Don’t worry Seki, this’ll only hurt you for a moment, but I promise it’ll start to feel really good.” Seki, putting full faith into his master, Kilgore, and eager to please the one he idolizes and loves so dearly, arches his back to expose his naked ass to his partner.
“Are you ready, little Seki?” mumbles Kilgore in a husky voice. Seki inhales sharply, then gives a timid and nervous nod.
“I may not be as Big as Eight8, but I’m known for my passion and skill.” Kilgore states, giving off a naughty smirk followed by a firm open palmed slap to Seki’s tight little ass. Seki winces at the pain, but stifles his voice through muffled grunts, his ass stinging and pink from Kilgore’s mighty blow. He tries desperately to hold back the tears forming in his eyes just to show Kilgore how strong he’s gotten.
“I hope you have enough action points, K-Kilgore senpai.” cries Seki, feeling a little more confident.
“And I hope you have enough damage resist.” Kilgore states. Seki knew Kilgore was not one to fib; he took everything he said to heart, hanging off his every word. Just like he’s always done in the past and always will in the future.
Kilgore was tough, but he wasn’t one to be coldhearted. Upon realizing how serious Seki was in this situation, he blinked and calmly asked, “Seki.. Is this your first time?” Seki paused, then nodded, ashamed and embarrassed. Kilgore sent a small warm smile Seki’s direction. “Don’t worry Seki, I’ll be gentle. For the most part.” Chuckling he cupped Seki’s face in his hand, damp from a single tear that managed to escape from those adorable doe eyes. “It’ll be alright, I promise.” Moving closer he gingerly gave Seki a kiss, crossing a line he usually doesn’t. Seki, of course, kissed back with passion. He couldn’t believe this was real. It felt better than the time he found a unique brotherhood armor in the Hub. In fact, it was probably the best thing he’d felt in a long time. His heart fluttered with joy.
Kilgore kissed a path over Seki’s chin and neck, down his back and playfully grabbed his ass. He thought for a moment, then reached over to the chest placed at the foot of his bed. After fumbling around for a minute he pulled out an oil can. He thought to himself, ‘It’s expensive, but Seki’s worth it.’ before dripping some oil on Seki’s love cave. Seki’s tight asshole clenches as the grease trickles down slowly, sending shivers down his spine. 

May or may not add more acts as they're written, we'll see if I get banned or not. :L

Maybe the problem could be solved by reversing KO/KD ?

So instead doing KO (which should still be possible on NPCs) you get KD , Blinded , Weapon drop , hit for higher DMG which could stop tank running to 1 hex but still keep battle going ...

Just shooting in the dark but if that's true for Turbo then regular plasma (which can be crafted with bonuses) would have more or less same effect only less shots and would be bad too.

And then also solve Bozar problem , make them build snipers to use it effectively

Exactly why I craft and sold plas rifles with - ap and +5 crit rolls, hopefully with min/max dmg too. Hehe.

Test new builds, but keep in mind that was is good/possible now may not be after wipe.
And wipes are part of fonline after all, playing a session to the very end is fun, and starting all over again is even more fun.
This isn't WOW or something like that, we all know we'll loose everything sooner or later, who cares, stuff is made to be spent in battle, so play the game until you have nothing left!

Yeah. Stupid that people get all the gear then quit to a dif game. If you don't plan on playing til wipe why not piss away your gear in battle and enjoy it? If nothing else take it as a time to take bigger risks, if you MUST treat the game any different at all.
I meant more like learning the best way to use a build,like people who can't yet learning how to hex players etc.

Dunno if it's intentional or not (If so /why/?) but I noticed when I mouseover the fonline thing I see a random pixels fragment above it?
Lookit the encircled area.
Now that I noticed it it bugs me.

If it's intentional plz tell me why because I can't think of a reason.

there should be some dialog/message indicating to players when they are low lvl / not enough party points.. it would be cool as one of first steps to see some info in game too then just rely only on forum/wiki

now players which didnt seen that change in changelog has no idea why they cant recrut them, it doesnt makes sense that there is no dialog/info in game then just "walk away"

Yeah i totaly agree with this idea! And now lets move this topic to the suggestions!

If you have low PP the npc should say something like "You're kinda creepy, no thanks" and for low level call them immature. Haha

Hit Chance is slightly based on your PE, a Laser Rifle has got the Long Range perk, which yields a +(PE-2)*16% Hit Chance. If you're gonna lower your PE to 7 while keeping ST at 1, you'll have to get a ST above 1 from drugs (or take Weapon Handling).

I am too lazy to calculate on this right now, but i'm telling you this, keep in mind that 'Weapon Requirement' simply means that you'll get a -20% bonus for each point of ST missing to use the weapon (it will not necessarily be rendered unusable, depending on your PE and Weapon Skill).
As i remember, my Laser Rifle build had a ~60% Hit Chance at 47 Hexes with 300%EW, 8PE and 1ST. I accomodated this by using buffout, now i require an Agility implant to get 12AP instead of 11AP.
