Changelog 11/09/2017

- Upgrading Throwing Knives to Poisoned Throwing Knives added to Trisha @ Blades,
- Increased NPC reaction time in encounters by few seconds,
- Guards will no longer ignore high reputation players attacking others in town,
- Added water barrel for Water Merchants job (use Updater to get new file),
- Fixed hex shooting with broken weapon,
- Fixed New Reno sewers box,
- Lowered NPC spawn count and exp for killing in Floaters quest in Adytum,
- Lowered NPC spawn count in Junktown rats quest,
- Players led to Gun Runners mutie quest location now see this location on map,
- Helmets AC fix,
- Added counter to Caravan packer quest (by Slowhand),
- Sad Farmer quest now ends when location is deleted after some time,
- BoS quests bug fixes (WIP).

I'm sure people will appreciate these changes, specifically the tweaked encounter reaction time. I've heard plenty of complaints about it. (Personally I loved it, but I am strange)

it is still nice even after nerf, was able to make 142k exp in 1hour this morning with flamer, swift learner, loner, using car and parking directly in town<->enco then it goes really fast
you can probably make more on desert or by some other way but its very decent for beginners considering how easy it is

- Lowered NPC spawn count and exp for killing in Floaters quest in Adytum,
reasonable, tested this one time after update, 5 monsters and each giving 500 exp only

btw are nerfs to monster counts in rat and floater quests also supposed to fix issue with npc being in not accessible areas and stucking quest or its only supposed to be experience nerf ?

finally no more encos which are impossible to escape i hope

Is this that quest when u need scout some towns for Gun Runners? I have massive troubles with that, even when i do EXACTLY the same quest before, with Glow.

I'm playing crit shooter, and I need to admit that 1ST chars have bi struggle at least on lower level (~24lvl) to aim at eyes on mid range, head and groin on bigger distances. I will check how it works further on higher levels, but for now it's quiet problematic :D
At least with NPCs, I don't even imagine trying to hit player with high AC and all the livewire perks :/

Same here, they react nearly as fast as they used to. I most certainly can't see the "few seconds" change here, perhaps one or a half of a second.

I notice it too, some people just find excuses for sucking though
