Is there any reason why these books don't boost their respective skills by 6 points? Currently these books have no real use.

It seems to me a real good idea that such primary combat skills aren't raised by books. That would mean +120 points to the pvp-apes that tend to be 1 INT. People already whine about the advantage of big organized factions. Dunno why aren't they join one.
