Not really anymore because guys compensate with getting max gun skill at 300.

thet sux Kilgore shoud cahnge it to simply 10 or 20 miss chance but he think it is OP does anyone pick AC perks at all

i just pick bothe HtH envade* and Dogger* got 100AC and it is so shit i will ask kilgore to fix me up WORST PERKS EWER it only works on low lvl dudes who have like 100 to 150 small guns or similar it shoud be changed to 10 or 15% miss chance per perk
